HACCP LEVEL 2 COURSE

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) Level 2 is a food safety training course designed to provide learners with a clear understanding of the principles of food hygiene and safety, specifically the HACCP system. It is a legal requirement in Ireland under EC Regulation 852/2004 that all food handlers are trained in food safety appropriate to their work activities. This Level 2 course ensures food workers understand how to implement and monitor basic food safety procedures in line with Irish and EU legislation.

Samson did not directly provide the training but I found them easy and reliable to deal through they found a course provider to best suit my requirements. I really enjoyed the course and the course instructor through her own experience was able to provide real life examples of Health and Safety Issues.
